Universal windsock

The universal windsock is used to indicate the direction of the wind and provide reference for wind speed. It consists of three parts: a fabric waterproof wind bag, a high-quality stainless steel bearing wind system, and a stainless steel wind rod.

The fabric wind direction bag is made of lightweight waterproof cloth, which has the advantages of high flexibility and long service life. The stainless steel bearing pneumatic system is composed of stainless steel main shaft, stainless steel pneumatic shaft, double imported high-quality bearings, waterproof components, etc. It has the advantages of high accuracy, small wind resistance, low rotation start wind speed, high reliability, and long service life, and is easy to transport and install. It is widely used in meteorology, chemical industry, environmental protection, agriculture, etc Oil field exploration and other industries.

The air bag can be customized according to customer needs. For example, alternating red and white with fluorescent strips (yellow or red).

The main/moving poles are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with a height of 2M and a pipe diameter of 25mm. Customers can choose to match it.

Installation guidance

Installation location selection: This product is suitable for installation on the flat roof of a building or on the flat surface of an iron tower. The surrounding area should be relatively open and easy for ground personnel to observe.

Installation: 8 for cement floor × Fix the base with 80 expansion bolts; Fix the base with screws at the plane of the iron tower; Install the main rod and base in place, and then install the moving rod/support ring in sequence.

Attention: The main pole should be installed perpendicular to the ground. If the installation site has a large slope, a 30 mm diameter should be cast first × 30 cement platform installation, if there is only a small angle of inclination, it can be adjusted by adding washers or other adjustments to the lower part of the base.

Lightning protection measures: If at a high place, the base should be firmly connected to the lightning rod and lightning strip.
