RY-JDB-Y mobile electrostatic grounding alarm is designed for dangerous places that need electrostatic grounding protection. It detects the electrostatic grounding resistance to meet the relevant safety standards and outputs the audible and visual alarm to indicate the working status.

1. Detection principle: electrostatic grounding clamp and electrostatic conduction cable are connected to the alarm module to form a detection loop, and the control module determines the reliability of electrostatic grounding through the closed state of the loop.

2, guide car body static electricity: electrostatic grounding clamp center, clamp and grounding cable to form an independent electrostatic conduction circuit, reliable connection to the ground pile, to ensure that the electrostatic conductivity is completely removed.

五、RY-JDB-Y mobile electrostatic grounding alarm product use

Step 1: Take out the electrostatic grounding clip from the alarm box, open the clip body, the buzzer rings, and the device enters the working state.

Step 2: Clamp the electrostatic grounding clamp to the car body and shake the clamp body until the buzzer does not sound, 10 minutes after the stationary tank car, start the oil loading and unloading operation.

Step 3: When the oil is loaded and unloaded, recover the electrostatic grounding clamp for next use.

六、RY-JDB-Y mobile electrostatic grounding alarm equipment maintenance

1. Keep the equipment clean, regularly clean the oil pollution caused by electrostatic grounding, and prevent the circuit resistance from being too large due to excessive oil pollution, causing equipment alarm.

2, regularly check and maintain the equipment, check the center lock nut, electrostatic grounding clamp plug, grounding bolt and other accessories are loose, so as not to cause poor contact.
